An Accidental Fall, a story An Le shot for Vogue Italia’s Talent shooting. The result is captivating and mysterios- another proof that fashion can give one all sorts of chills.

“I wanted to capture the fragility as well as resilience of a human body in the grandness of nature which could be both gentle and vicious. The images that we did for the talent shooting is inspired by the Japanese dance called Butoh (Dance of the shadow).
We shot the story at Centralia, Pennsylvania. In the past, there was an coal mine explosion and the coal has been burning for 50 years and therefore there is smoking coming from underground.
I chose this location because of its historical context which i think compliments well with the theme and the mood i want to capture in this story!” - An Le
