Dagny Rewera and Dimi Constantinides are the Co-founding members of BAI LAB (Born An Idea) – a London based inter-disciplined creative lab.
The Lab incubates ideas from the wet and edgy margins of Architecture, product and Interaction-based Design. Their work is committed to the wildly insane speculations of the news and far Future to the curious, mundane and ordinaries of the Past and Present.

Their design projections whether industry/client based or research are formulated to facilitate critical engagement with the accelerated complex and interconnected modern world. Through essays, features, experiments and studies, provocations set to map out possible futures.

The World of the Invisible
The project is an audio-visual installation of three sound and light units, which visualize the normally invisible form of sound. Using the surface tension of a soap film, the vibration created by the sound source transforms the soap into a flexible three-dimensional sculpture, unseen with the naked eye.

By bouncing light of the film through a lens, the microscopic transformation of the soap membrane, are enlarged and projected on the ceiling, creating a hypnotizing light performance.

Echoic Vessel

The project is a series of cremation urns, which are capable of storing loops in the surface of the object. By embedding the material with micron size magnetic particles, words, sounds and even images can be presented as invisible patterns of north and south, creating a hidden capsule of information.
