Here are the latest videos we found and liked this week.
We have in this selection videos from Pixies to Pusha T, all kinds of music and visual delight. Have a blast with them and take it easy this weekend.

So we begin with the latest from PixiesMagdalena directed by Judy Jacob and starring a troubled young woman pictured in various encounters, with a haunting feel to it.

Next, Son Lux’s Alternate World from directors duo Truman & Cooper and DOP Victor Seguin – a beautifully shot love entanglement between two artists it seems, with ups and down and moments of joy + madness. The video & the track are very well brought together, really giving the impression of an “alternate world” present there.

Disclosure’s F for You featuring the great Mary J. Blige doing the vocals, directed by sweetheart Kate Moross – a combination of live action mixed with crazy motion graphics does the trick for this one.

Jerome Potter comes back with another crazy video, “filmed” on his desktop to go with the latest Deleted track featuring vocals from Sara Z, involving LOTS of small clips – Deleted Videos – directed by a long list of people, from Abe Cavin to Woodkid. Funny and unconventional music video…

Chromeo recently released a new dancing video, for Come Alive featuring Toro y Moi – a sexy video, involving female mannequins coming alive (of course) in a shopping mall set, messing around with the guys :P

A newcomer Kyla La Grange released a “magical”, girlish music video for her Cut Your Teeth track, based on the concept of “skeletons in the closet”. Pretty nice visuals.

Birdy also has a new video for 1901 – a cover song originally by Phoenix, together with a video about a lovely couple and… about love!

Love has its ups and downs so this next video tries to portray a domestic fight through a graceful dancing scene of two lovers – Arthur Beatrice’s new video for Midland:

Up next, King Krule’s A Lizard State video, with an introduction from the master of suspense himself – Hitchcock.

Also Reptile Youth released the other day JJ, directed by Rasmus Weng Karlsen – a black and white beauty of a video, featuring the band – in slow motion action, following Rivers That Run For A Sea That Is Gone title of their new album, due to be out on March 10th.

I’m closing the selection with the latest from Pusha TSuicide featuring Ab Liva (silhouetted on a red background – classic!), directed by Nathan Brown in black and white-ish glory. Deep beats, flashing visuals, snakes and rapper jewelry, all there.
